I called my father at 11:45 to hear his voice. The joy and the tears poured out from the Alabama born man who is now 77 living to see this day. "I wish your mother could have seen this. Now boo boo can be president," my father said with cheers of people streaming in the background.
There is an extra spring in my step. Later I will somehow capture all that I feel and share - til then - who did you call? first speak to? think about?
